David Tyree Visits St. Louis

The "Glendale Grab." Well, that's what I'm calling it at least. Regardless of the terminology, it's the play that will forever etch David Tyree in NFL history.

Today, Tyree was in St. Louis to visit with the Rams who lost their opening day game to division-rival Seattle Seahawks.

The Rams only suited up four wide receivers Sunday, so this comes as no surprise as they are obviously thin at the position. I mean, outside of Donnie Avery, how many Rams receivers can you name?

I'll give you time... okay, that's what I thought.

Tyree was cut last month by the New York Giants as they trimmed their roster to comply with the 53-man roster limit set forth by the NFL.

He was non-existent outside of the now-famous catch that would ultimately prove to be the biggest play in the Giants quest for Super Bowl 42.
