Schefter: Multiple Teams Interested in Eagles' Three Quarterbacks

According to Adam Schefter and his Twitter account (like they're two separate entities or something), several teams have been calling the Eagles to inquire about all three of their quarterbacks.

"Multiple teams have called Eagles to inquire about their three QBs," writes Schefter. "The conversation, and speculation, will heat up in early March."

This isn't exactly big news, but just the fact that teams are calling already shows that the Eagles were definitely just playing a game when they said that they would be willing to keep all three of these quarterbacks.

We didn't believe it, and apparently neither do any of the teams calling.

Schefter is right in that talks won't heat up until March. The calls right now are probably just to get a sense of what the Eagles are asking for each quarterback. It's doubtful that anyone is making an offer at this point, or that the Eagles would even accept an offer at this point.

The Rams are the most likely landing spot for Vick, with head coach Steve Spagnuolo going so far as to discuss the possibility of Vick becoming a Ram.

If I had to place a bet, it would be that Vick gets traded to the Rams, McNabb doesn't go anywhere, and as far as Kolb goes... I just don't have any idea.

I believe that Kolb will either be resigned or traded, but I could not tell you which one. I don't believe they'll allow him to enter a contract year, but instead will either resign him to a contract that would make him a highly-paid backup, or trade him to a team like the Vikings (if Brett Favre retires), but they would obviously like to trade him to the AFC if possible.

I will say again that I don't believe the Eagles will trade McNabb. Andy Reid said he would remain the team's quarterback, McNabb is very confident that he will be back, and I believe that he'll have at least one more season as the man in Philadelphia.
