Jay Cutler Deal: Who Got Stiffed?

The Chicago Bears are in a deep hole even after betting the farm that Jay Cutler was the guy to take them to the next level.

Thus far Cutler can't even get them to the level of average.

Meanwhile his acquisition costs the Bears the very draft picks they desperately need to get better. To be fair, the Bears need both offensive line help and a legit wide receiver but Jay Cutler has struggled regardless.

So who takes the blame for this? I would not blame the head coach because he is not in charge of player acquisition.

I've been asking around about Lovie's status and he gets safe marks across the board. General Manager, Jerry Angelo called this shot and I'm sure he expected better results. If he is lucky his bosses will see that Cutler needs a lot of help.

If not, Angelo could be on the market.
